Pay
Within the Pococha app there is a rank meter. Your daily pay is based on Rank Class as shown in the chart attached. You start at rank E, and the higher your rank goes, the more you are paid per day. The Rank meter runs 8pm-7:59pm PST (this will change to 9pm-8:59pm PDT with Daylight Savings time in March). Rank is affected by how often you stream and how much viewers engage with you.

Time Commitment
There is no minimum time requirement for this position. Pay is only based on daily rank. (no minimum broadcasts, no maximum broadcasts, no monthly hours requirement)
Who We Are Seeking
Goal-driven hosts who are willing to learn the app and features. We are hiring live streaming hosts within the USA only at this time. We are seeking live broadcasters with solid content. We welcome different content genres such as singing, ASMR, and more! Experience is preferred but not required.

Example: "I want to reach S6 Rank and am willing to apply all the tips provided by my agency/Pococha to achieve the goal."
OR
"I want to gain 30 Core Fan and achieve C Rank in two weeks”
❌ Avoid Misaligned goals
Example: "I want to earn $100K annually but don't care about the rank system."
OR
"I want to reach S Rank but can only broadcast 5 days per month."
OR
"I want to maintain D rank but I'm not fully aware of Pococha's rules and haven't read the Rulebook."
